Heaven sent, Hellbound,
I'll never relent, I'm spellbound...
This goddess, this gypsie,
My modern day contradiction,
Stumbled in a tad bit tipsy,
Shying away from all her friction.
I tried to hold her in my arms,
Knowing full well her nature.
Ha. In nothing does she sense alarm,
But monogamy's legislature.
Hush now, yesteryear,
Be silenced yesterday,
Swallow back the compiled fears,
Let her on her wandering way.
With these tears dancing in my throat,
How can I even say goodbye?
Tomorrow she could read all I wrote,
Had her beauty not run my pen dry.
